Seniors Bobby Schmick and Brandon Phelps followed the design and engineering process they learned in Mr. Newberry’s Introduction to Engineering class to design and 3D print a pipette holder for Mr. Shelly, who teaches Biomedical Sciences. They used Onshape, a CAD software. #ColonelTOUGH

On Sunday November 5th, the CRHS band turned its attention to supporting the grave marking ceremony of the marker placed at Colonel William Richardson's grave on Gilpin Point by the Choptank River by the Daughters of the American Revolution! The band played the prelude, a medley of patriotic music, and the processional. Junior Alyssa Bradley sung the "National Anthem" while senior Lexi Beans played "Taps." #ColonelTOUGH

The CRHS Spirit of the Revolution Marching Band traveled to Hershey Park on Saturday, November 4th to compete in the Tournament of Bands Atlantic Coast Championships! This marks the 19th appearance of the band at ACCs since 1989. The band scored an 80.5 as a finalist in the 1-Open class, competing against bands from as far away as Western Maryland and Pennsylvania with competitors from the North ranging all the way up to New York City. This competition marks the end of the 2023 competitive field marching season! #ColonelTOUGH

Mrs. Smith's Chemistry students completed an element research project by participating in an Element Speed Dating event during class! Each student used their research to personify their element. They created a list of friends their element would hang out with, hash tags for social media, and even element pick-up lines. The goal during speed dating was to find an element that was a compatible match. #ColonelTOUGH
