Mr. Newberry's PLTW Intro to Engineering and Design class went through the engineering and design process to build a carnival game board. Students had to come up with ideas, narrow it down to one single idea, and sketch and prototype their carnival games. They further had to test to make sure only 5% at most would succeed to ensure maximum profits. His PLTW Digital Electronics students learned how to desolder and solder components on circuit boards! #ColonelTOUGH

Congratulations to the CRHS varsity girls soccer team for their 7-2 win over North Dorchester High School! Senior Meghan Lambert led the defense to a strong performance, only allowing 8 shots on goal in 80 minutes. Freshman goalkeeper Cloee Welzel had 6 saves, only allowing goals on a free kick and penalty kick. Offensively, junior Carly Van Schaik opened the game with a goal in the first minute. Freshman Sadie Prettyman tallied a hat trick, freshman Ryleigh Hall scored two goals, and senior Clarissa Peugh had one goal. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

There is never a dull moment for our School Resource Officer at CRHS! DFC Mark Hopkins responded to a distress call this morning for a kitten in the grill of Ms. Kinlock's Prius.
