Congratulations to the CRHS varsity girls soccer team for their 4-1 win over soccer team Kent County High School in their last regular season game! Caitlin Vega from the Eastern Area Health Education Center and Dr. Arlene Guagliano from the Maryland Office of Oral Health came into Mr. Shelly's PLTW Principles of Biomedical Sciences class to show students what various dental careers are like. The kids had a blast making impressions, taking "X-rays," sealing teeth, and cleaning teeth! #ColonelTOUGH










Senior Wilson Clough is working on an exciting Eagle Scout Project! Part of this project is an instrument drive, in which he's leading an effort to collect and process instrument and distribute them to the elementary schools in the county. These instruments would be free to students who may have missed the opportunity to rent an instrument or don't have the financial means to rent.

Our CRHS volleyball teams participated in the 14th Annual Dig Pink Rally at North Caroline High School yesterday! Proceeds were used for donations for The Side-Out Foundation and their mission to raise awareness for breast cancer research and awareness! #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

Our CRHS varsity volleyball team played a very tough match against Easton High School! Junior Jaz Jackson had seven assists, four kills, four aces, two blocks, and nine digs. Junior Aubrey Taylor had two aces and nine digs, junior Emma Brewer had nine digs, and sophomore Ella Downie had three kills and one block. Senior Kylie Rhinehardt had two kills and six digs, and sophomore Selina Austinville had two kills and three blocks. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown
