Welcome to our new Maryland Business Roundtable for Education Next Generation Scholars Program Specialist, Ms. Abby Wittman! She grew up on the Eastern Shore and earned a bachelor's degree from Villanova University. She has experience as a special education teacher at Lockerman Middle School and working at Queenstown Bank. Ms. Wittman is excited to support CRHS students to becoming college and career ready!

Welcome to our new math teacher, Mr. Kevin Corwin! He previously taught math at CRHS for 20 years before moving to western Maryland and teaching for five years. He's excited to return to where it all started! He has three children, a granddaughter, a dog (a Husky), and a cat. Mr. Corwin enjoys spending time with his family, being outside in the pool or his Jeep, and watching The Office.

Welcome to our new computer science teacher, Mrs. Amber Knoepfel! She has eight years of teaching experience in Dorchester County. She has a bachelor's degree in education with a minor in mathematics from Salisbury University and a master's degree in technology and learning from Western Governors University. Mrs. Knoepfel has been a cheerleading and poms coach for 18 years. In her spare time, she loves to go on adventures with her family - Disney and the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee are her favorite places to visit!

Welcome to our new world languages teacher, Ms. Bobbie Monteiro! She is a native to Caroline County, where she currently resides with her three children. Ms. Monteiro taught Spanish at Mace's Lane Middle and Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, and she started the girls program at BAAM. She enjoys learning, reading, writing and crocheting. Oftentimes, you can find her on the side lines, supporting her kids in soccer, track and basketball.

Welcome to our new social studies teacher, Ms. Taylore Thompson! This will be her 10th year of teaching, which has all been at CRMS. She's originally from Wicomico County, and she graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor's degree in history and the University of Maryland Global Campus with an master's degree in instructional technology. Ms. Thompson is a huge supporter of the Baltimore Ravens and the US women's national team! She's a percussionist, and during her free time, she loves traveling, reading, going to the movies, playing video games, and walking with her dog.

Welcome to our new Community Schools Coordinator, Ms. Sheri Christopher, LCSW-C! Ms. Sheri has worked at CRHS in the past as a school-based mental health therapist and is excited to return to CRHS in her new role. She has worked in the mental health field in the mid-shore area since 1992 in a variety of roles with a wide range of diverse populations. Her years of experience align well with the essential responsibilities of this position that include assessing needs, working collaboratively with the school administration, and establishing and maintaining relationships with community agencies, members, and resources to enhance the success of all students and families. Ms. Sheri has two grandchildren, and her son and daughter both graduated from CRHS. She has her own psychotherapy practice at her family's farm in Federalsburg and enjoys spending time on the farm outside with her two dogs and two barn cats. She also owns a horse and loves going to the beach every summer with her family. #ColonelTOUGH
Welcome to our new school counselor, Mrs. Leslie Podlaszewski! This will be her 15th year of school counseling. She was a counselor at North Caroline High School for ten years and a counselor at Parkside High School for four years. Mrs. Pod is very excited to be back in Caroline County! She is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with her local fire company, and she loves being at the beach and spending time with her husband,and her six year old son, Connor.
