PBIS (Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports) is a framework that supports school discipline by identifying and incentivizing behaviors that improve student success and promote positive school culture. The CRHS PBIS was started in 2011.  In 2015, we adopted the TOUGH slogan to reward students and staff for Treating others with respect, Obtaining goals, Understanding Diversity, Going above and beyond, and Having heart.  In the last 10 years, PBIS Maryland has awarded our team for our implementation of the TOUGH program. We have been a "Gold" school since 2015!
